Inverclyde has some of the best inshore sailing waters in Europe. From the fully equipped Kip Marina and the water sports and sailing facilities in the villages of Inverkip and Wemyss Bay, to the new Waterfront Leisure Complex in Greenock.

Inverclyde’s moorlands, hill and lochs lie mainly within the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. The park is a haven for Scottish wildlife and a great place for outdoor activities. There are five other major parks in the area:

  • Finlaystone Country Park
  • Cornalees Bridge Centre
  • Battery Park
  • Greenock Esplanade
  • Gourock Park

  • Kip Marina
  • Waterfront Leisure Complex
  • Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park
  • Inverclyde Council
