Graduates for Business Scheme

Graduates for Business is a highly successful Scottish Enterprise initiative, operating in key locations across Scotland.

The programme helps graduates to kick start their career by giving them the experience of working with companies on 3-12 month projects linked to their degree discipline. This offers graduates an invaluable opportunity to work in business, using their skills and earning a salary while gaining vital experience.

Graduate Opportunities in Work (GO) is one of the programmes operating in the Highlands & Islands Enterprise area.

Developed for businesses and graduates specifically in the Inverness, East Highland and Moray areas, this programme also aims to help graduates kick start their career by giving them the experience of working with companies on  2 -12 month placements linked to their degree discipline.

The post should be new to the business, and Graduates (with at least an HND) of any discipline are eligible. The scheme is also open to industrial and summer placement students, and financial support of up to £5k is available to employers alongside support for recruitment and training.
