Equality in the Workplace

The workplace should provide equal rights for all workers.

The Scottish Government (government) initiative One Workplace Equal Rights aims to tackle racism and promote equal opportunities in the workplace.

It aims to do this by providing accessible information and advice regarding your rights at work, including new rights under EC equality directives, in relation to race, age, disability, gender, sexual orientation and religion.
