We hope you find our  Employers' Tookit (PDF, 8MB) helpful.  It describes in some detail the Points Based System (and the 5 Tiers) for immigration and the key points for businesses which are hoping to employ a non-UK citizen.  It should also be useful for public organisations which would like a basic understanding of the employment of international workers.
