Fresh Talent: Post Study Work
Post Study Work replaced the Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme in June 2008.
The Post Study Work visa is part of the Tier 1 category under the new Points Based System.
Post Study Work enables UK graduates to stay in the UK for up to two years after completing their studies to seek and take work.
If you want to work in Scotland under this migration route you must have graduated from a UK institution with a recognised qualification. You must apply within one year of obtaining your qualification.
