People come here to study, live and work from China, Japan, India, Pakistan, Europe, North America, Africa, Australia… all over the world. Some come to avoid persecution, others to find a better quality of life and to enjoy excellent education and career opportunities. Scots have always had an international outlook. Now in the 21st century, Scotland wants to attract New Scots who will make this their home.
