You may contract the services of foreign nationals in the UK who have one of the following permissions to be here.
There are no restrictions on investors from EEA countries. If you come from a non-EEA country, you must apply for the Investor schemes offered under UK immigration rules.
You can, for example, be a non-executive director or consultant, or own your own company. Your husband or wife and dependent children, if we have given them permission to come to the United Kingdom with you, can work while they are here as your dependants.

NB: Please note that individuals who are participants in the following migration routes: Investor Scheme, Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, SEGS, Innovator, UK Ancestry, Fresh Talent: Working in Scotland Scheme (FT:WiSS), refugees, EEA and Swiss nationals can also contract their services.
